Fire Smoke Foods wants your event to be a huge success. The best way to achieve this is through a strong, honest, and open relationship where everything is clear about what is expected from both sides. By confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

3) Cancellations

How to cancel: All cancellations must be made by telephone in the first instance and then confirmed via email. Your event is considered cancelled only when you receive written cancellation acceptance by email from Fire Smoke Foods.

Notice period Charge
More than 30 days prior to event Loss of deposit
14–29 days prior to event Loss of deposit & 50% of remaining balance
Less than 14 days prior to event 100% of remaining balance

4) Liability & Insurance

Fire Smoke Foods maintains public liability insurance appropriate for events of this nature. A copy of our current certificate (PDF) is available upon request.
