All our smoked food is as natural as possible—no artificial additives, sauces, or chemical preservatives. No MSG and naturally gluten-free. Just quality meat, fish, and cheese, simply seasoned and smoked with patience and craft.

Think juicy ribs, pulled pork, tender beef brisket, hot/cold-smoked salmon, and cold-smoked cheese. Our in-house rubs and sauces are balanced for smoky, sweet, and savoury notes.

We use different woods, organic brown sugar, sea-salt brines, and premium seasoning blends to build our signature flavour. Everything is fully cooked, rapidly cooled, and vacuum-packed to lock in moisture and smoke—ready to enjoy at home.

Cured in a sea-salt brine for 7–8 days, then gently simmered until tender and flaky. Organic ingredients, no chemicals—deep, traditional flavour.

  • Pastrami Smoked Salmon — cold-smoked, cured in our 12-spice pastrami blend.
  • Gravlax — Scandinavian cure with salt, brown sugar, and dill (not smoked).
  • Beetroot Gravlax — beetroot, lemon, sea salt, and fresh dill.
  • Christmas Salmon — honey & dill dressing with cranberry-almond tapenade and pomegranate.

Traditionally cured, slowly smoked over cherry & oak—no fillers or binders. Great hot or cold, for centrepieces or buffets.
